Hudson Valley Family Practice Associates (HVFPA) began in 1984 with the opening of the Red Hook and Livingston Family Practices by Dr. David Tuller. Since that time the offices have grown, and the Red Hook office moved to its current location.

Currently we are staffed by five physicians and three physician assistants. All are certified by their respective state and specialty boards. A dedicated team of nurses, front office staff, and billing personnel, led by the office manager assist in the provision of care and the smooth running of the office.

The Practice provides a wide range of primary care medical services both in the offices and in the hospital setting. The offices are located in Red Hook, N.Y. and Livingston, N.Y.

We see patients by appointment only. Click here for Office Schedule, please note the office schedule is subject to change.  If you have any questions, contact our office.  The Red Hook office is open on Saturdays for acute visits. A doctor is always on call for our group and can be reached through the answering service for emergencies whenever the office is closed. The doctor on call can only take calls regarding established patients of the Practice.
